Do guests need to download an app?
No. Guests scan the QR code with their phone camera and upload photos/videos directly from the browser — no app install required.
Where are the photos stored, is it safe?
All photos and videos are hosted on our own servers and are never sold or shared with third-party ad networks.
What kinds of events can I use this for?
Weddings, engagements, henna nights, birthdays, graduations, corporate events, christenings and anniversaries — designed for any event where collecting memories matters.
How long does setup take?
Pick a plan and you can generate your event's QR code within minutes, then share it with your guests right away.
Can I manage this with my team?
Yes. From the Settings page in your admin panel you can add team members and give them an owner or editor role. Editors can view, download and hide/unhide media; team management, theming and permanent deletion are owner-only.
Can I manage more than one event with the same account?
Yes. Log in once at dashboard.guestcatch.com to see every event you have access to, and click through to any of their admin panels.
I forgot my password, what do I do?
Log in at dashboard.guestcatch.com and change your password from Account Settings. A password-reset-by-email flow is currently in development.
Is the site available in Turkish and English?
Yes. Guest pages, the admin panel and the account dashboard all support TR/EN — you can switch your language preference anytime.
