QR Code Management

General QR, table QRs, bulk generation and print-ready sheets.

General QR

Every event automatically gets a "General QR" code when it's created. This one can't be deleted — your event always has at least one active QR code. If you delete a table QR, any media uploaded through it is automatically reassigned to the General QR — nothing is ever lost.

Table QRs

Want to know which table a guest uploaded from? Create additional "table" type QR codes from the QR Codes page in your admin panel. Generate them one at a time, or in bulk (e.g. "Table 1" through "Table 20").

  • For bulk generation, specify a prefix (e.g. "Table") and a range (1–20).
  • Up to 300 QR codes can be generated in a single request.
  • Each QR code carries its own unique, unguessable link.

Print-ready sheet

The print option on the QR Codes page lets you download the QR codes you select (or all of them) as a single sheet ready for printing as labels or table cards — each QR comes with its own label (e.g. "Table 5").

QR filter on the media page

The Media page in your admin panel shows a count of how many photos/ videos were uploaded through each QR code — you can see at a glance how much content came from which table.

Note: Deleting a table QR is irreversible (the QR itself is removed), but any photos uploaded through it are reassigned to the General QR — no content is ever lost.
